Mr Haibin Xue the partner of Zhonglun London office was invited to speak at the London Property Investment Forum held on 28th June 2014 in Royal Borough of Greenwich, London.
The Forum was jointly organised by the Chinese Landlord Association (CLA) and the British Chinese Young Entrepreneur Association (BCYEA) and hosted by the Greenwich London Borough Council. Speakers at the Forum included Lord Michael Bates, representatives from the Greenwich Council, KPMG, Bank of China, Greenland, ABP, Aigou and leading British developers such as St. George and Barratt Homes.
Mr. Xue led a discussion about investing in London and addressed related legal issues raised by over 400 guests in the event.
