On June 18th, 2014, Zhong Lun’s Partner Wilson Huo was invited by China Development Bank to give a lecture on “Practice and Skills on Banking Litigation and Arbitration" to its core staff from all over the country.
Starting from the influence of L/C fraud on banking’s dispute resolution, the lecture further explained the significance on the choice between litigation and arbitration. Moreover, as international banking business progressively increased, Wilson introduced the strategic considerations in choosing international arbitration as a dispute resolution mechanism.
