Tax partner Peter Ni of Zhong Lun Law Firm was invited to the 2015 IFA Global Conference held in Switzerland early this month and spoke to more than 400 tax officials, MNC representatives, tax professionals and scholars from all over the world on China in the cross-border M&A taxation session. International Fiscal Association (IFA) is the largest international organization dealing with fiscal and tax matters and exercises significant influence on the fiscal and tax matters of each country.
