Mr. Zhang Xuebing Visits Central Government Liaison Office in Hong Kong with Zhong Lun Partners

On the invitation of Dr. Liu Xinkui, Director-General of the Department of Law at the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (the “Central Government Liaison Office"), Mr. Zhang Xuebing, Vice President of All China Lawyers Association and founding partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm (“Zhong Lun"), paid Dr. Liu an official visit on September 21, 2015 at a cocktail party celebrating the fifth anniversary of Zhong Lun’s Hong Kong office (“Hong Kong Office") and Boughton Peterson Yang Anderson’s merger into Zhong Lun. Mr. Liu offered his unstinting praise for and heartfelt congratulations on Hong Kong Office’s achievements over the past few years, before he introduced to Mr. Zhang policies of the Central Government Liaison Office’s Department of Law on Mainland China law firms’ operation in Hong Kong. Mr. Zhang, in return, gave Mr. Liu a brief description of the development of Hong Kong Office so far and plans for its future growth, and expressed his gratitude for the care and support the Central Government Liaison Office’s Department of Law has given Hong Kong Office. Also attending this meeting were Mr. Guo Qingliang, Chairman of the China Legal Service (HK) Ltd., and Zhong Lun partners, including Mr. Anthony Qiao and Ms. Lai Jihong.
