Zhong Lun, Wuhan Real Estate Development Business Association Host Real Estate Financing Seminar in Wuhan
On December 4, 2010, Zhong Lun Law Firm and Wuhan Real Estate Development Business Association jointly hosted a seminar on real estate financing in Wuhan, capital of central China’s Hubei province.
The seminar was chaired by Zhong Lun law Firm partner Wang Fei. The law firm’s senior partner Zhu Maoyuan and Mr. Wang shared their legal expertise and insights with speeches on prevention of legal risks in real estate enterprises, legal framework of real estate funds and the latest rules on flow of insurance funds into the real estate market.
Other speakers of the seminar included secretary general of China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce Zhong Bin and Guo Hongfei, general manager of China Minsheng Bank Property Finance Division. About 200 senior management from real estate enterprises and officials from the provincial and city real estate associations attended the seminar.
