• Advised the Ministry of Environmental Protection on the construction of the Environmental Protection International Treaties Implementing Center, which was financed by the World Bank and the Italian Government

• Advised the People's Bank of China on its construction of a landmark infrastructure project in Beijing

• Provided the Beijing branch of Dalian Wanda Group Corporation Ltd. with full-range retainer-based legal services in the Wanda Plaza project (a mix-use complex with a GFA of over 450,000 sqms, comprised of high-end residential premises, office buildings, and a shopping center) and project legal services for the building construction

• Advised Taikang Real Estate, a subsidiary of Taikang Life, on the construction of its support center in Changping District

• Provided Reignwood Group with legal services for the construction and settlement of the world-class Fairmont Hotel located in Central Business District, Beijing

• Provided Beijing Science Park Development (Group) Co., Ltd., a primary land developer, with full-range retainer-based legal services, including legal counsel for construction project, with respect to the Zhongguancun Plaza Shopping Mall, the largest shopping center in the Zhongguancun area with a GFA of over 300,000 sqms

• Advised Beijing Zhongguancun Science City Construction Holdings Co., Ltd. and its affiliates on several Beijing-based real estate projects (including the development of apartments, office buildings, malls, and mega shopping centers with a total GFA of over 1,000,000 sqms)

• Providing full-range retainer-based legal services, including counsel on sales and leasing, to Beijing Zhongguancun Science City Construction Holding Co., Ltd. and its affiliates with respect to several real estate projects (e.g. Zijinchang'an, Zijinchanghe, Zijin Digital Park, etc., including residential premises, apartments, office buildings, shopping malls, mega shopping centers, with a total GFA of over 1,000,000 sqm)

• Provided full-range legal services, including construction and sales, to Beijing Science Park Development (Group) Co., Ltd. and its affiliates for several real estate projects located in Beijing (including Zhongguancun Shopping Center, Lingxiuhuigu, etc.)
