Partner Wilson Huo Attends 2016 Annual Conference: “Belt and Road Initiatives – How Would that Change Arbitration and ADR?” and Delivers a Keynote Speech 9-19-2016
On September 8th and 9th, 2016, the 2016 Annual Conference “Belt and Road Initiatives – How Would that Change Arbitration and ADR?" was jointly held by China Academy of Arbitration Law (CAAL), The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), and Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) in Beijing.
Mr. Wilson Huo, a partner from Zhong Lun Law Firm, delivered a keynote speech on arbitration and other dispute resolution methods. He highlighted the fresh trends and new challenges to banking and financing disputes’ arbitration under the “Economic New Normal", introduced his new ideology named “Arbitration Plus" to the attendees, and further illustrated its application to maximize the advantages of arbitration.
