Zhong Lun Partner Wilson Huo Attended the Symposium on Legal Issues concerning Disputes of Asset Management Business of Banks and Delivered a Keynote Speech
On Feburary 27th, 2017, sponsored and organized by China Banking Association, the Symposium on Legal Issues concerning Disputes of Asset Management Business of Banks was held in Beijing. Representatives from banking circle, legal circle and arbitration institutions participated in this symposium and discussed in depth practical legal issues on banks’ asset management business and the corresponding solutions.
Mr. Wilson Huo, a partner from Zhong Lun Law Firm, attended the symposium as an honored guest and delivered a keynote speech. In his speech, Wilson introduced a typical asset management case handled by his team, elaborated that the resolution of banking and financing disputes currently faces problems such as unreasonableness of transaction structure, disunity of methods of dispute resolution, uncertainty of asset-disposition procedure, and further proposed concrete solutions and advice.
