Mr. Shi Bisheng Made a Keynote Speech at the 2018 Annual Conference of China Law Association on Science and Technology
On the morning of November 17, 2018, the opening ceremony of the 2018 Annual Conference of China Law Association on Science and Technology and He Liang He Li Fund Forum at the 40th Anniversary of China's Reform and Opening-up, was held in Ruxin Conference Center of Beihang University. The Annual Conference and the Forum were sponsored by China Law Association on Science and Technology and undertaken by Beihang University. Mr. Shi Bisheng, partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm, was invited to attend the meeting as a director of China Law Association on Science and Technology.
At the sub-forum on “Discussion on Hot Issues in Intellectual Property Protection", Mr. Shi Bisheng gave a keynote speech on the assessment of inventive step of patent and conducted in-depth exchanges with other experts at the conference.
Mr. Shi’s monograph, Judicial Protection for Digital Network Intellectual Property, was awarded the Third Prize of Outstanding Essays and Monographs at the 30th Anniversary of China Law Association on Science and Technology for its high academic and practical value.
