Yuanchao Ma Delivered the Speech on the Topic’ Patent Infringement Risk in Cross-Broder E-Commerce’ at the LES China Annual Conference
On November 24, 2018, Ma Yuanchao, a partner of Zhonglun Law firm, was invited to attend the Licensing Executives Society China (LES China) 2018 annual Conference and delivered a speech on "Patent infringement risks in Cross-border E-Commerce".
Based on the practical experience of patent infringement cases in the E- Commerce industry, Mr. Ma introduced the details about the high-infringed areas and the tips to deal with these affairs from different domestic and overseas parties such as the online retailers, patent rights owners and E-commerce Platforms, and provide his professional suggestion for the compliance and preventing legal risk for the E-Commerce Business.
This Conference also brought numbers of professionals from well-known enterprises, the Beijing High Court and American law firms together to discuss various issues in intellectual property licensing field and the updated status of Chinese intellectual property justice system. Mr. Francois Painchaud, President of the Licensing Executives Society International (LESI), also attended and addressed during this conference.
