On September 8, the 5th Global Health and Development Summit of the 2024 Pujiang Innovation Forum was successfully convened in Shanghai under the joint auspices of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China and Shanghai Municipal People’s Government. In the closed-door policy seminar (by invitation only) on the theme of “Innovating Global Health and Development: Advancing Policies, Biomedical Research, and International Partnerships”, Mr. Hengka (Henry) Ji, Partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm, was invited to deliver a keynote speech.
In the speech titled “Mastering Legal Rules to Promote International Cooperation and Development”, Mr. Ji, drawing upon his diverse professional background and extensive practical experience, began by addressing the evolving role of China’s biomedical industry in the global health sector. He offered unique legal perspectives on industry hot topics, such as digitalization, artificial intelligence, and cross-border medical data flow.
