Zhong Lun advised Beijing Guohua Real Estate in its sale of two buildings and nearby real estate in the Huamao Center in Beijing’s CBD. The March 2006 RMB 3 billion deal is the largest in China to date and Zhong Lun was legal counsel for the entire transaction. Attorneys on the deal were Zhang Xuebing, Wang Xiaoping, Hao Han and Jiang Zhenghua.
