Zhong Lun Advises on Nobao Financing
Tsing Capital has announced a total investment of US$ 25 million into Nobao Renewable Energy Holdings Limited on August 7, 2009. This investment, made under Tsing Capital’s “China Environment Fund III, L.P." (CEF), represents the first round of venture capital injection for Nobao Renewable Energy Holdings Limited. Tsing Capital is the sole investor of this round.
A team of Zhong Lun Law Firm from Shanghai Office, which was led by partner Zhou Yun, including associates Gao Ting, Jin Yan, Lu Xuezhong, served as PRC counsel for Nobao Renewable Energy Holdings Limited on such equity-raising.
Nobao Renewable Energy Holdings Limited provides integrated energy management solutions (including heat, air-conditioning and hot water) for its customers including hotels, shopping centers, office buildings, and residential houses with ground source heat pump technology. This round of venture capital injection will be used to fund Nobao Renewable Energy Holdings Limited’s Energy Management Contract (EMC) projects.
