The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has given Centre Testing International (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. approval to launch an IPO on the country’s Nasdaq-like Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) in Shenzhen on September 21, 2009.
Attorneys-at-law from Zhong Lun Law Firm Shenzhen Office, including Yang Hui and Huang Zeming, advised on the IPO, the first GEM IPO for the law firm. The lead underwriter and sponsor of the IPO was Ping An Securities Company Ltd.
