The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has granted Suzhou Lopsking Aluminum Co., Ltd. approval to launch an IPO on Small and Medium Enterprise Board (SME Board) in Shenzhen on October 16, 2009.
Partner Gu Feng and attorney-at-law Liu Junzhe from Zhong Lun Law Firm Shanghai office advised on the IPO. The lead underwriter and sponsor of the IPO was Tebon Securities Co. Ltd.
Suzhou Lopsking Aluminum Co., Ltd., established by Taiwan Lopsking Group in 1993 in Suzhou, specializes in production, processing, installation and marketing of aluminum section materials.
