The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has granted Shandong Delisi Food Co., Ltd approval to launch an IPO and get listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange on October 14, 2009.
Zhong Lun Law Firm partner Hu Tingfeng and attorney-at-law Yu Yonghui advised on the IPO. The lead underwriter and sponsor of the IPO was Minsheng Securities Co., Ltd.
The company is currently based in Zhucheng, East China’s Shandong Province. Its activities are mainly in the production and sale of low temperature meat products, fresh chilled meat and quick-frozen convenience food.
