On March 26, 2010, China Lodging Holdings Group (Hanting Inns and Hotels) announced its initial public offering and listing of American Depositary Shares on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange, which has raised more than US$110 million.
Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley were the joint book runners of the offering, and Zhong Lun acted as the underwriters’ PRC legal counsel. The legal team from Zhong Lun for the offering was led by Anthony Zhao and Ben Ge, and also consisted of William Jia, Zhang Nannan, Malcolm Dong and John Shen.
Lawyers from Zhong Lun have advised and assisted Hanting for years in relation to its private equity financing, mergers and acquisitions and daily operations.
