On March 30, 2010, Joyou AG, a leading designer and manufacturer of sanitary ware products, announced its initial public offering and listing on the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, becoming the largest publicly listed Chinese company in Germany.
In October 2009, Zhong Lun represented CRCI (as the lead investor) and Grohe to complete the Series B financing to Joyou, and further provided legal advice to CRCI during this offering. The legal team from Zhong Lun for the Series B financing, led by Anthony Zhao and including Luke Zhang, Salus Gu, Xu Renjie and Bonnie Jin, provided cross-border legal services for the investors.
