On July 15, 2010, China Datang Corporation Renewable Power Co., Ltd. was formally incorporated in Beijing, on the basis of the former limited unit of China Datang Corporation, combining the wind and hydro assets of the subsidiaries of the group (exclusive of listed subsidiaries).
