Zhong Lun Advises Pan-China Construction Group on 200-Square-Kilometer Land Cooperation Projects
On June 18, 2010, Pan-China Construction Group signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the Shanwei government in connection with an area of 200 square kilometers. The area, located in the Shenzhen-Shanwei special cooperation zone under planning, is expected to attract a total investment of RMB30 billion with a 15-year cooperation period. A professional team comprising partners Zhu Maoyuan, Feng Jiyong and Mu Song provided full legal services for the group in the cooperation.
In recent years, the law firm’s land investment team under the real estate practice, led by partner Zhu Maoyuan, has participated in a number of projects in land development, tract development and new urban construction.
