Zhong Lun Assists Toll Group Expanding Business in China

On August 16, 2010, Australian logistics giant Toll Group announced that it has bought out all of the equity interest in Shenzhen ST-Anda Logistics Co., Ltd., a third party logistics operator, held by its joint venture partner Shekou Industrial Zone Ltd. under China Merchants Group. Toll Group is committed to further expanding its investments and expansion in China.

Zhong Lun Law Firm has acted as the PRC legal counsel for Toll Group in connection with its buy-out of ST-Anda and other business opportunities in China. The legal team is led by Anthony Zhao and Luke Zhang, and also comprises Sammy Hsia, Fang Kun, Bonnie Jin and Vega Huang.
