On June 28, 2011, Xiamen Sunrise Wheel Group Co., Ltd. was successfully listed on the Small and Medium Enterprise Board (SME Board) of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock. The company issued 53 million shares in its initial public offering (IPO) at RMB12.88 yuan per share. The issue price represented a price to earnings (P/E) ratio of 34.81.
