Zhong Lun Advises on Spin-off and Listing of 1010 Printing Group Limited
Zhong Lun Law Firm has acted as PRC legal counsel to 1010 Printing Group Limited (“1010 Printing", stock code: 1127) in connection with its recent spin-off from Recruit Holdings Limited (“Recruit", stock code: 550) and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by way of placing, public offer and preferential offer. Following the listing, Recruit’s holding in the 1010 Printing is expected to be reduced to approximately 59.98% of the enlarged issued share capital.
1010 Printing is principally engaged in the provision of printing services to international book publishers, trade, professional and educational publishing conglomerates and print media companies. Investec Capital Asia Limited and Haitong International Securities Company Limited were the joint bookrunners and joint lead managers for the offering.
