Bank of China, Zhong Lun Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement in Legal Services
The Bank of China Shanghai Branch and Zhong Lun Law Firm Shanghai office signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Shanghai on April 25, 2012. Under the agreement, Zhong Lun will provide a full range of legal services to the bank, one of the largest commercial banks in China with a history of 100 years. The law firm’s partners Anthony Qiao and Shirley Lu attended the signing ceremony.
The Bank of China Shanghai Branch and Zhong Lun Shanghai office have maintained close cooperation and excellent relationship for the past decade. The execution of this agreement will surely further the long-term mutual cooperation and greatly enhance their comprehensive financial and legal services on the basis of their networks, client resources, and expertise.
