Zhong Lun Advises Shandong Gettop Acoustic Co., Ltd. on SME Board IPO and Listing
On February 17, 2012, Shandong Gettop Acoustic Co., Ltd. (stock code: 002655) successfully launched its IPO and listing on the SME Board in Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Gettop Acoustic issued 30 million shares at a price of RMB 11 per share and raised RMB 330 million.
