Zhong Lun advised Qiniutek.com on its Series B preferred share financing by Qiming Venture Partners (as leading investor). The working scope of Zhong Lun included due diligence, reviewing onshore restructuring and offshore financing documentation, and issuance of the PRC legal opinion.
Qiniutek.com, a leading service provider of internet data storage in China, attracted the investment from Matrix Partners upon establishment.
