Zhong Lun Advises Legend Holdings Ltd. on the registration of 2013-2015 Private Placement Note Registration in China

At the end of January 2014, the Private Placement Note (“PPN") issued by Legend Holdings Ltd. (“Legend Holdings") was registered with the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors successfully, the registered amount of the PPN was up to RMB 3 billion.

Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as legal counsel for Legend Holdings in the registration of the PPN. Zhong Lun’s team included partner Zhang Xuebing as general superintendent, partner Jessica Li, and associate An Ming. China Industrial Bank Co., Ltd and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd served as the joint main underwriters for the issuance of the PPN. Before advising on the registration of the PPN, Zhong Lun had acted as legal counsel for Legend Holdings in several bond financing projects from 2011 to 2013.
