Zhong Lun Advises TBP on Mogujie’s Series C financing

Mogujie.com, one of the largest female E-Commerce platforms in China, has recently announced that it had completed its series C financing. Mogujie has raised a total of around US$200 million from this Series C financing, with its post-money valuation to be around US$1 billion. The new round of financing was led by TBP, HOPU and some other funds. The existing investors, including Qiming Venture, IDG and Banyan also participated in the financing.
Zhong Lun acted as the legal counsel for TBP and provided cross-border legal services to TBP in the entire process of the transaction. The legal team from Zhong Lun was led by Catherine Guo, a partner based in Shenzhen, and included associates Robin Zhang, Nina Liu and Shirley Wang
