Zhong Lun Advises Warburg Pincus and Vertex in Mobike’s Two Rounds Financing

Mobike, a bicycle-sharing service platform, announced recently that it had completed a new round equity financing from the investors led by Warburg Pincus, Hillhouse and Tencent. Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as the leading counsel to Warburg Pincus and provided cross-border legal services in this transaction.

Zhong Lun Law Firm also acted as the sole counsel to Vertex in Mobike’s last round financing led by Vertex and provided legal services throughout the transaction.

The legal team from Zhong Lun was led by Anthony Zhao and Luke Zhang, and included Roy Zheng and Cynthia Yuan.
