Recently, the syndicate arranged by CACIB and UOB has successfully entered into a facility agreement with GDS to grant GDS a syndicated loan in an aggregate amount of more than RMB 1 billion for its data centers in Shanghai FTZ. The syndicate consists of CACIB, UOB, DBS, Shanghai HuaRui Bank and ANZ.
