Zhonglun supports VIOMI listing at NASDAQ
On September 25, 2018, Viomi (NASDAQ:VIOT), China's leading full-house Internet home appliance company, announced its initial public offering and listing of American depositary shares on the Nasdaq Stock Market. Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited acted as joint bookrunners for the offering and as the representatives of the underwriters.
Viomi has developed a unique IoT @ Home platform consisting an ecosystem of innovative IoT-enabled smart home products, together with a suite of complementary consumable products and value-added businesses.
After Huami being listed on the US stock market, Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as the PRC counsel to the joint bookrunners in this offering, assisted another Xiaomi ecological chain enterprise to go public. The legal team from Zhong Lun was led by Anthony Qiao and Michael Chen, and included Grace Wang, Jia Song, Lisa Liu and Zoe Tao, etc.
