BTG Hotels (Group) Co., Ltd. (“BTG Hotels", stock code: 600258.SH) got a nod from the China Securities Regulatory Commission on October 18, 2021 for its non-public offering of A shares, which have been registered with the Shanghai Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited on December 16. The company issued 134,348,410 shares in the offering, raising RMB 3 billion in total.
As legal counsel for BTG Hotels, Zhong Lun provided legal service throughout the issuance. The mandate was led by partners Jim Li and Yu Sun, both of whom served as signatory lawyers together with Karen Wang. The team also included Meizhen Wu, Wenqin Zhu and Yugang Sun.
BTG Hotels is a leading hotel chain group with prominent market presence, focusing on investment and operation management of mid- to high-end and budget hotels.
