Zhong Lun Advises on Blackstone’s Acquisition of Interprex

On January 20, 2022, Blackstone (NYSE: BX) announced that private equity funds managed by it have acquired Interplex, a global leader in innovative and customized connector solutions for the auto, medical and information communications technology (ICT) markets, from Baring Private Equity Asia’s affiliated private equity funds.

Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as Blackstone’s PRC legal counsel in this transaction.
