Zhong Lun Advises on Blackstone’s Second Investment in 21Vianet

21Vianet Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: VNET), a leading carrier-neutral data center services provider in China, has recently secured a US$250 million investment in convertible notes from funds managed by Blackstone Group (NYSE: BX), one of the world’s leading investment firms.

Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as the PRC legal counsel to Blackstone in this transaction. The legal team from Zhong Lun was led by Anthony Zhao and Luke Zhang and included Summer Huang, Crystal Li, Ruby Zheng, Violet Zhang and Claire Yang, among others.

In June 2020, Zhong Lun assisted Blackstone for its US$150 million investment in 21Vianet.
