Zhong Lun Advises Kingdee on Strategic Investment from QIA

On December 10, 2023, Kingdee International Software Group Company Limited (Stock Code: 0268.HK) (“Kingdee"), a globally renowned enterprise management cloud SaaS company, announced it had entered into an agreement with Qatar Investment Authority (“QIA"), subject to which, QIA would invest approximately US$200 million in consideration for new ordinary shares issued by Kingdee under the company’s general mandate granted by the annual shareholders meeting.

Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as the PRC legal adviser to Kingdee in this transaction. The legal team was led by partners Anthony Zhao, William Jia and Raphael Liu, and included associates Cynthia Yuan, Ruby Zheng, Oren Dong and Stella Zhou. The Zhong Lun team has also represented Kingdee on various financings, investments and acquisitions, and continuously supported Kingdee’s international growth.
