Zhong Lun Assists Yijun Capital and Huatai Jijin in Completing Series B1 Investment in Rino.ai
On August 21, 2025, White Rhino Zhida (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd (“Rino.ai”), a L4 autonomous driving company, announced the successful completion of its Series B+ financing (“Transaction”). This Transaction attracted new shareholders such as Yijun Capital, Huatai Fund, and 360 Fund, along with continued funding from existing shareholders SF Express and Linear Capital, propelling Rino.ai’s total Series B financing to nearly CNY 500 million.
Founded in 2019, Rino.ai focuses on the R&D of full-stack unmanned distribution solutions and the provision of regular unmanned vehicle operation services. Starting from the niche of supermarket delivery, Rino.ai has swiftly established its presence in the express logistics domain, with a focus on the last-mile delivery scenario connecting distribution centers and customer-facing delivery stations. Currently, Rino.ai’s unmanned vehicles have been deployed in more than 100 cities across the country, serving leading logistics companies such as SF Express, China Post, ZTO Express, and J&T Express. Building on rapid growth of its active vehicle fleet from nearly 100 at the end of 2024 to over 1,000 currently, the company plans to further accelerate its large-scale commercial deployment by expanding its active fleet to 5,000 strong by 2026. Proceeds from this round of financing will be primarily allocated in three key areas: advancing the R&D of automotive-grade unmanned products, continuous iteration of its AI technology, and the expansion of commercial applications.
