YolTech Therapeutics recently announced the closing of its approximately USD 70 million Series C financing led by Loyal Valley Capital, with participation from Shanghai SSCI Leading Private Equity Fund and other renowned institutions. Built on HEPDONE™ Novel Editor Platform and non-viral LNP technologies, YolTech Therapeutics is advancing in vivo gene-editing medicines with the potential for a one-time treatment that provides lifelong benefit.
Zhong Lun acted as legal counsel to Loyal Valley Capital and Shanghai SSCI Leading Private Equity Fund in this transaction, providing comprehensive legal services throughout the entire process.
