Representative Matters

In these years, Mr. Xiaoming CHEN acts as the legal counsel for more than 10 enterprises, such as Futian Bureau of Finance, offering advises on general or specific legal issues.

  • Mr. Chen also represents over one hundred lawsuits, which relates to construction projects, real estate, bit-tender, foreign trade, Sino-foreign economic cooperation, finance, investment and transfer of shares. Clients that  Mr. Chen represents include Futian Bureau of Finance, Futian Urban Management Bureau, COAMC, COHC and so forth.

  • Mr. Chen has also rendered legal service for Dima(600565), Gemdale(600383), Hepalink(002399), JSCN(600959), Pingan Real Estate, and WIG on issuing corporate bonds or MTN.

  • Moreover, Mr. Chen rendered legal advices on the private placement of Atlantic Ocean(600558), Changan and the ABS project of Agile.

  • Now Mr. Chen is the arbitrator of Shenzhen Arbitration Committee.
