Ricky LUO
Ricky Luo's practice focuses primarily on cross-border transactions and the resolution of foreign-related commercial disputes.
Over the course of his career, Ricky has provided legal services to many well-known clients, including Chanel, Pepsi, General Motors, SoftBank, Johnson Controls, ARM, Schneider Electric, ZF, TTM, Shanda Games, FIFA, Harsco, Steinweg, Olam, and MyEG.
Ricky has advised on numerous outbound investment transactions involving Chinese companies, including New Times Material (600458.SH) in its acquisition of ZF Group's global rubber and plastic business, Xiwang Food (000639.SZ) in its acquisition of Iovate Health, and Fastprint Technology (002436.SZ) in its acquisition of Xcerra's PCB business.
Ricky has also been representing nearly one hundred international clients from more than twenty countries and areas in their litigation and arbitration cases before PRC Supreme Court, Hong Kong High Court, Singapore High Court, CIETAC, HKIAC, SIAC, LMAA, and SHIAC.
