Li XIONG
Mr. Li Xiong is a senior partner in Zhong Lun’s Chongqing office. His practice primarily focuses on onshore/offshore capital markets, investment/M&A and corporate governance, and private equity and investment funds. Mr. Xiong also specializes in advising clients in healthcare, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, and other sectors.
With over 20 years of experience in the areas of onshore/offshore initial public offering, M&A and restructuring, and private equity investment, Mr. Xiong has worked on onshore/offshore initial public offerings, M&As and restructuring, and debt restructuring of many extra-large and large enterprises, as well as investment and financing projects for various professional investment institutions in a wide range of industries.
