Jingyu Yang
With outstanding skills in the analysis and identification of legal risks, Mr. Yang Jingyu is an expert on various legal proceedings and has over the years gained extensive exposure in representing clients in proceedings at courts, arbitrational tribunals and settlements. Acted for Sichuan Trust Co., Ltd in a successful recovery of RMB 180 Million in enforcing judgment debts against Yinchuan University Education Group Investment Holding Co., Ltd. and other judgment debtors
Acted for Sichuan Trust Co., Ltd in a contract dispute against Liaoning Woerfu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd and others in which the entire claim amounting to RMB 230 Million brought by the client was upheld
Acted for Sichuan Trust Co., Ltd in defending a claim brought by Shanghai Junfu Investment Management Co., Ltd and successfully reduced the claimed amount by RMB 21 Million in the final judgment
Acted for Chengdu Financial Holding Tourism Development PE Fund Co., Ltd. in a loan dispute against Jianyang Financial Holding Investment Co., Ltd in which the entire claim amounting to RMB 280 Million brought by the client was upheld
Acted for Sichuan Chemical Company Limited in defending a claim amounting to over RMB 80 Million brought by Shanghai Kangxin Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. in which the successful defense led to voluntary withdrawal of the claim by the claimant
Acted for Chengdu Mingchuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. in a contract dispute arbitrated at CIETAC against Urban Resort Concepts (HK) Limited in which the full claim of 68 Million brought by Urban Resort Concepts (HK) Limited was dismissed
Acted for Sichuan Shenghui Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. in a construction dispute against Chengdu Kelin Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and others in which after a successful representation in the appeal the case was remitted back to the first instance court followed by a substantial variation of judgment in favor of the client
Acted for Meihaojiaoyuan Business Operation Management Co., Ltd in defending a claim arising out of a tenancy agreement dispute brought by Chengdu Green City Energy-saving Investment Co., Ltd. in which substantial portion of the claim was dismissed
Participated in the full bankruptcy reorganization proceedings of Sichuan Chemical Company Limited as a member of administrator’s team and was in charge of the dispute resolution matters in the proceedings; scope of responsibilities involved review of credit, organization of creditors’ meeting and liaison with the court. The project was listed among “Ten Classic Cases" by Sichuan Provincial High Court
Participated in the bankruptcy reorganization proceedings of Deyang West International Trading (Group) Co., Ltd. as a member of administrator’s team and was in charge of the dispute resolution matters, recovery of debts and placement of employees in the proceedings. The reorganization scheme has been approved and is currently being implemented
Participated in the bankruptcy reorganization procedures of Sichuan Shengma Chemical Co., Ltd. as the attorney of a creditor and by way of effective negotiation with the administrator achieved successful recovery of debts
Acted for Tianjin Lishen Special Power Supply Technology Co., Ltd in successful registration of credit with the administer of Chongqing Xinwei Communication Technology Co., Ltd. in its bankruptcy reorganization proceedings
Acted for Chengdu Xingneng New Material Co., Ltd in its multiple lawsuits, arrangement and restructuring of debts amounting to RMB 200 Million, and the legal proceedings in converting judgment enforcement into bankruptcy
