Yipeng ZHANG
Mr. Yipeng Zhang specializes in initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, foreign investment in China, and compliance and investigation.
In terms of listings and securities offerings on domestic and overseas markets, Mr. Zhang has represented numerous clients in various industries, covering machinery and equipment, energy, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, internet services, and software, among others. His representative transactions include, without limitation, iSoftStone's IPO, the first software service giant stock to delist from the NYSE and return to China's A-share market; TXGF's listing, which represents the first stock which transfers from the BJSE to the ChiNext Market; ORINKO's IPO, which is the first modified material stock listing on the SSE STAR Market.
Mr. Zhang has handled many projects with market influence in the field of M&A, most notably, Catcher's sale of factories to Hnlens, Yuexiu Financial Holdings' restructuring of securities business, and Shandong Port Group's acquisition of Rizhao Port and Qingdao Port.
Mr. Zhang has also advised scores of clients on their compliance and investigation projects.
