On March 15, 2022, iSoftStone Information Technology (Group) Co., Ltd. (“iSoftStone", 301236.SZ) made an initial public offering of 63,529,400 shares and was successfully listed on the ChiNext of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, raising RMB 4.63 billion.
As the issuer’s counsel, Zhong Lun provided full legal services to iSoftStone throughout the whole process of the IPO and listing. Zhong Lun partner Xiaoming Song led the project and, along with partner Danial Zhang and associate Hongju Cui, acted as signing lawyer. The legal team also included Heling Sang, Zhijian Guan, Chunlan Lin and Yanyu Liu, among others.
