Hui ZHI
In the field of financing, Ms. Hui Zhi is familiar with domestic and international financial institutions’ all kinds of financing business, including but not limited to the general bank lending, syndicated loans, project financing, export sellers’ credit, import buyers’ credit business, trade financing, foreign guarantee and mortgage, debt restructuring, and individual consumption loans, etc. Besides, she has accumulated sufficient experience in supply chain finance for many years, assisting enterprises and financial institutions to innovate various financial products incorporated with industrial characteristics. She has extensive experience in similar supply chain finance projects.
In the field of corporate practice, Ms. Hui Zhi is responsible for providing legal consulting services related to the daily corporate governance and compliance of enterprises and has rich experience in dealing with various legal businesses involved in the operation of finance companies of enterprise groups, asset management companies, money brokerage companies, commercial factoring companies and financial leasing companies. She is familiar with the legal and policy regulations of the investment and financing business (including debt issuance) of enterprises. She has provided legal services for many multinational companies and domestic enterprises in their investment and diverse business transactions.
In the field of PE and investment funds, Ms. Hui Zhi has provided comprehensive legal service including the processes of establishment and fund raising for many reputable fund promoters and administrators. She has also served as a legal advisor to fund investors.
