Sun Wei of Beijing office has recently published a book called Practice Reference for Civil and Commercial Litigations and Arbitrations, which was written in spare time as collection of ideas, critics, lessons and after-thoughts that Sun had on personal experience in real estate, finance and international trade before various courts and arbitration forums.
The book, published by the Law Publishing House in last month, has ten chapters: being prepared, documentation, jurisdiction,, asset attachment, evidence, service of process, enforcement, arbitration, and control of exposure. In plain language, the author tours the readers a complete case process in a real world with focus on the practical details that are crucial in civil and commercial litigations and arbitration proceedings, and the book is a handy reference for the those practicing in these areas.
