Zhong Lun Partners Lecture at Internal Training Session of Ping An Trust
Under the arrangement of partner Anthony Qiao, Zhong Lun Law Firm partners Liu Borong, Huyi and Chen Yao delivered lectures at a two-day internal training session held by Ping An Trust & Investment Co., Ltd. (Ping An Trust) in Xi’an, capital of Shaanxi Province, on April 22 and 23, 2010.
Liu Borong shared his insight on practical expertise in structured finance matters prior to real estate development from the perspective of innovative structuring, and proposed workable financing approaches and business models against the backdrop of the current tightening real estate financing. Hu Yi and Chen Yao also introduced practice and legal matters in individual trust cases at the request of Ping An Trust. During lectures, they also took questions from the audience, which included more than 60 people from a variety of departments from Ping An Trust.
The training was a concrete step in implementing the law firm’s overall strategy of "sharing know-how, achievements and developments with clients". The strategy was conducive to deep cooperation between the law firm’s service teams and the systematic build-up of the firm’s client base.
