Mr. Zhang Xuebing, Zhong Lun Law Firm managing partner and president of Beijing Lawyers Association, was elected as vice-chairman of Youth Federation of the Central Government Departments during the first plenary session of the Federation’s Fourth Committee on November 22-23, 2010 in Beijing.
The election has made Mr. Zhang the first practicing lawyer in China to get such a post ever since the founding of the Federation in 1993. The Federation is a member organization of All-China Youth Federation.
