Zhong Lun Holds 2011’s First Partners Meeting in Chengdu
Zhong Lun Law Firm held the first Partners Meeting of this year in Southwest China’s Chengdu from February 25 to 28, 2011.
The meeting approved:
1. the annual work report delivered by managing partner Zhang Xuebing on behalf of the Executive Committee;
2. admissions of Robert Lewis, Yang Yueming, Zeng Miaoer, Li Mingshi, Shi Meiyu, Sun Wei, Lin Zejun and Liang Qinghua into the law firm as partners;
3. promotions of 8 partners. Zhang Zhong and John Jiang from Beijing office were promoted to senior equity partners; Richard Zeng, Lei Song, Li Yanli and Ma Huijun from Beijing office were promoted as equity partners; Luke Zhang from Shanghai office and Xu Zhigang from Shenzhen office were promoted to equity partners;
4. the financial report of 2010;
5. the budget report of 2011; and
6. the 2010 report on Zhong Lun Charity Fund.
More than 110 partners from Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Chengdu, Hong Kong and Tokyo offices attended the meeting.
