Zhong Lun Hosts Forum on NDRC’s New Regulation on Private Equity
The General Office of the National Development and Reform Commission (“NDRC") has recently released the Notice on Further Regulating the Development and Filing Management of Equity Investment Enterprises in Pilot Areas. For a better understanding of the NDRC’s regulation, Zhong Lun held a forum on March 20, 2011, in Beijing, and invited an official from the NDRC to elaborate on the regulation.
Anthony Zhao from the law firm’s Shanghai office chaired the forum and managing partner Zhang Xuebing delivered an opening speech. At the forum, partners Guo Kejun, Feng Jiyong, Chen Fang shared their insights on the relevant legal issues in connection with establishment of RMB-denominated equity investment fund.
