Zhong Lun Celebrates Tenth Anniversary of Founding of Shanghai Office
Zhong Lun Law Firm celebrated the tenth anniversary of the founding of its Shanghai office with more than 500 attendees, including officials from the local government, the local lawyers association and representatives from the clients, on July 8th, 2011 in Shanghai. Managing partner Zhang Xuebing and co-managing partner Anthony Qiao delivered speeches to express their gratitude to those who have provided continued supports to the office.
On the same day, Zhong Lun Law Firm also held a forum on Finance and Urban Development as part of the law firm’s annual series of forums. Partners from Beijing office and Shanghai office, and guests from clients of the law firm addressed the hot issues and latest developments in the areas of private equity, capital markets, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, real estate investment and financing, fully demonstrating the law firm’s superb professionalism in the areas.
On June 10, 2011, Zhong Lun relocated its Shanghai office to Level 10&11, Two IFC, No.8 Century Avenue, Pudong New Area of Shanghai. The office, founded in 2001, has grown into a large and leading law firm in Shanghai with 35 partners and 216 employees working in a 5,500-square- meter office.
Zhong Lun Shanghai office has won many awards from the local government, judicial bureau and the lawyers association. The office has also been highly recommended by international legal publications, such as Chambers Asia, Asia Law and Practice, Asian Legal Business, International Financial Law Review and Practical Law Company. The office mainly specializes in real estate, foreign investment and mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, corporate restructuring, banking and finance, dispute resolution, taxation, intellectual property and communications and media.
